Dr. Neal Cayne is the Director of NYU’s Endovascular Surgery program and Co-Director of the Aortic Center. He received an Engineering degree from the University of Michigan in 1991. He then matriculated at New York Medical College where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. In 1995, he began his 5-year General Surgery Training at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he remained for his 2-year Vascular and Endovascular Fellowship. Dr. Cayne is now a Professor of Surgery at NYU, specializing in Vascular Surgery. He is published in many areas including abdominal aortic aneurysms and minimally invasive vascular procedures. Dr. Cayne has a special interest in Endovascular Surgery, particularly in carotid artery stenting and in endovascular grafts for complex abdominal and thoracic aortic aneurysms.
